Terms and conditions

  • Yoga Spot Fairfield is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
  • Classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Teachers are subject to change without notice.
  • The front door to the studio will be locked at the start time of every class for safety and security. Late entry is not permitted and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.
  • Class cancellations must be made via your Wellness Living account (online via the Yoga Spot Fairfield website or using the Achieve app) up to two hours prior to your class start time without penalty. Any non-cancellations will mean you forfeit that visit. Cancellations will not be accepted via text, email or social media.
  • Yoga Spot Fairfield is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
  • Payment needs to be made upon booking. To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking.
  • Prices are quoted and transacted in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include GST. All prices are correct at time of publication. Prices are subject to change without notice, and to increase from time-to-time to reflect increases in costs and benefits.
  • 30-day intro offer for $79 is only available to first time students at Yoga Spot Fairfield.
  • 10 class passes are valid for 4 months from date of first use. Unused classes will be credited upon purchase of a new class pass (to equal or greater value of existing pass) but you must notify us in writing. Send email to hello@yogaspotfairfield.com.au.
  •  12 month unlimited upfront membership cannot be refunded, transferred, suspended or extended for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.
  • Yoga Spot memberships are billed fortnightly by direct debit or credit card. The 2 x visits per week membership requires a minimum 12-week contract. Please advise Yoga Spot Fairfield via email (hello@yogaspotfairfield.com.au) if you wish to cancel your membership and allow up to 5 business days to process any such cancellation. Memberships can be suspended for up to but not exceeding 30 days in any 12-month period, and suspensions must be of a minimum duration of 1 week. Requests for suspensions must be submitted via email to hello@yogaspotfairfield.com.au 5 business days before the start date of the requested suspension. Any recurring or ongoing failed direct debit payments will result in a $15 administration fee. Should a payment be declined for any reason, Yoga Spot Fairfield reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed. If auto-debit payments fail for 2 payments or more, Yoga Spot Fairfield may cancel the membership. Yoga Spot Fairfield is in no way responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank. The terms and conditions of our third party biller QuickPay form a binding component of your membership agreement. They can be found in hard copy at reception.
  • All passes and memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared. The option to bring one friend for free, per member, per month, is valid for new clients to the studio ONLY.
  • Class passes and memberships do not include attendance at workshops, retreats, trainings or special events as hosted or co-hosted by Yoga Spot Fairfield.
  • Yoga Spot Fairfield does not offer refunds or credits on workshops and special events for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.
  • If you cannot attend a workshop or special event, you may transfer your ticket into another person’s name by calling or emailing Yoga Spot Fairfield at least 2 hours before the start of the event. Any non-cancellations, including latecomers, will mean you forfeit that visit.
  • By attending classes at Yoga Spot Fairfield, you confirm your understanding that classes may be physically strenuous, and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property damage or death. You also agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Yoga Spot Fairfield, or its director, officers, employees, consultants or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
